The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the Delta Saints (Clarksburg, CA) and the host Pierce Bears (Arbuckle, CA), saw Delta's baseball team gain a win over Pierce by a tally of 12-2.

The Saints (3-4) will now prepare for their battle against Buckingham Charter (Vacaville, CA). The Knights enter the non-league battle with a 2-5 record.

Next, the Bears face the East Nicolaus Spartans (Nicolaus, CA) in a Sac Valley battle, on Tuesday, March 25. Pierce will attempt to upgrade on its 2-7 season record. The Spartans enter the battle with a 4-5 record after their 5-0 non-league loss to Bear River (Grass Valley, CA).
