Rocky Mountain Lobos (Fort Collins, CO) fans left the game pleased Thursday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Legacy Lightning (Broomfield, CO), 3-1 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Rocky Mountain advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Lobos travel to Broomfield (Broomfield, CO) to battle the Eagles in a non-league match on Friday, March 21. The Eagles come into the match with a record of 3-0. Broomfield won 8-6 in their recent non-league match against Heritage (Littleton, CO)

The Lightning now have a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fossil Ridge for a non-league match on Saturday, March 22. Legacy will battle a SaberCats squad coming off a 8-0 non-league win over Grand Junction (Grand Junction, CO). The SaberCats record now stands at 2-1.
