Virginia High School Soccer - Randolph-Macon Academy toppled by Wakefield School
March 20, 2025: Front Royal, VA 22630 Wakefield School Fighting Owls (The Plains, VA) boosters exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Randolph-Macon Academy Yellow Jackets (Front Royal, VA), 5-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, Wakefield School moves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Fighting Owls travel to Trinity at Meadow View (Falls Church, VA) to clash with the Tempest in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 8. The Tempest come into the test with a record of 1-3.
The Yellow Jackets now sport a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fredericksburg Academy for a Greater Piedmont test on Tuesday, April 1.
