Virginia High School Soccer - Liberty Christian toppled by Monticello
March 20, 2025: Lynchburg, VA 24502 Monticello Mustangs (Charlottesville, VA) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Liberty Christian Bulldogs (Lynchburg, VA), 8-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Monticello advances its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Waynesboro (Waynesboro, VA) to clash with the Little Giants in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 25. The Little Giants come into the test with a record of 1-1. Waynesboro won 6-0 in their recent non-league test against James River (Buchanan, VA)
The Bulldogs now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fluvanna County for a non-league test on Tuesday, March 25. Liberty Christian will clash with a Flying Flucos team coming off a 9-0 non-league win over Madison County (Madison, VA). The Flying Flucos record now stands at 1-0.
