In Thursday's non-league test, the Hopewell Vikings (Aliquippa, PA) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Sto-Rox Vikings (McKees Rocks, PA), by a tally of 15-0.

Next, the Vikings clash with the Rochester Rams (Rochester, PA) in a non-league test, on Monday, March 24. Hopewell will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The Rams go into the test with a 1-1 record after their 15-3 non-league loss to Northgate (Pittsburgh, PA).
