March 20, 2025: Lutcher, LA 70071 The Lutcher Bulldogs triumphed over the visiting Morgan City Tigers softball squad by a count of 18-2 in Thursday's league challenge.
Next, the Bulldogs meet the Cecilia Bulldogs (Cecilia, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, March 21. Lutcher will attempt to upgrade on its 10-6 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 4-14 record after their 15-0 league win over Opelousas (Opelousas, LA).
The Tigers (1-11) will now prepare for their challenge against South Lafourche (Galliano, LA). The Tarpons enter the 4A District 7 challenge with a 2-16 record. In their last challenge, South Lafourche was routed by Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy (Westwego, LA), 9-0, in a non-league challenge.
