Georgia High School Soccer - Mays held off by Stephenson
March 21, 2022: Atlanta, GA 30331 The crowd at Monday's league test between the Stephenson Jaguars (Stone Mountain, GA) and the host Mays Raiders (Atlanta, GA), saw Stephenson's soccer squad get by Mays by a count of 1-0.
The Jaguars now hold a 2-4 record. They play next when they host Marist for a AAAA Region 6 test on Friday, March 25. Stephenson will meet a War Eagles squad coming off a 1-1 non-league Blessed Trinity (Roswell, GA). The War Eagles record now stands at 5-4.
With the loss, Mays drops to 4-4 on the season. The Raiders travel to Villa Rica (Villa Rica, GA) to meet the Wildcats in a non-league test on Friday, March 25. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 9-6. Villa Rica won 2-0 in their recent league test against Jackson (Atlanta, GA)
