California High School Volleyball - Hoover tips Montgomery

March 21, 2023: San Diego, CA 92115

Hoover Cardinals (San Diego, CA) supporters left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting Montgomery Aztecs (San Diego, CA), 3-2 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Cardinals clash with the San Ysidro Cougars (San Diego, CA) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, March 22. Hoover will attempt to advance on its 6-7 season record. The Cougars come into the match with a 3-9 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Gompers Prep Academy (San Diego, CA).

With the loss, Montgomery drops to 9-6 on the campaign. The Aztecs host Liberty Charter (Lemon Grove, CA) to clash with the Lions in a non-league match on Wednesday, March 22.
