North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Ardrey Kell drops to Marvin Ridge

March 21, 2023: Waxhaw, NC 28173

Marvin Ridge Mavericks (Waxhaw, NC) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Ardrey Kell Knights (Charlotte, NC), 20-3 in a non-league test.

The Mavericks now have a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they host Parkwood for a Southern Carolina/Rocky River test on Friday, March 24. Marvin Ridge will face a Wolf Pack squad coming off a 18-0 league loss to Weddington (Matthews, NC). The Wolf Pack record now stands at 1-5.

In their next game, the Knights face the Butler Bulldogs (Matthews, NC) in a Southwestern/So Meck test, on Thursday, March 23. Ardrey Kell will attempt to move on its 3-5 season record. The Bulldogs come into the test with a 2-4 record after their 17-8 non-league loss to Lake Norman Charter (Huntersville, NC).
