North Carolina High School Softball - Scotland bounces Pinecrest
March 21, 2023: Southern Pines, NC 28387 Scotland Fighting Scots (Laurinburg, NC) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Pinecrest Patriots (Southern Pines, NC), 25-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Fighting Scots now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Richmond for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 28.
With the loss, Pinecrest falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Hoke County (Raeford, NC) to battle the Bucks in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 24. The Bucks enter the challenge with a record of 0-2.
