Georgia High School Soccer - Lake Oconee Academy knocks off Lincoln County
March 21, 2023: Lincolnton, GA 30817 Lake Oconee Academy Titans (Greensboro, GA) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Lincoln County Red Devils (Lincolnton, GA), 10-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Titans confront the Washington-Wilkes Tigers (Washington, GA) in a 1A D-II Area 8 challenge, on Friday, March 24. Lake Oconee Academy will attempt to move on its 8-2 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 2-5 record after their 1-1 league Aquinas (Augusta, GA).
The Red Devils now possess a 3-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Greene County for a 1A D-II Area 8 challenge on Friday, March 24. Lincoln County will confront a Tigers team coming off a 10-0 league loss to Georgia Military College (Milledgeville, GA). The Tigers record now stands at 1-10.
