March 21, 2023: Cumming, GA 30040 The Peachtree Ridge Lions held off the host West Forsyth Wolverines soccer squad by a margin of 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league match.
The Lions now sport a 10-2 record. They play next when they host Duluth for a 7A Area 7 match on Thursday, March 23. Peachtree Ridge will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to North Gwinnett (Suwanee, GA). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-6.
With the loss, West Forsyth drops to 2-9 on the season. The Wolverines travel to Lambert (Suwanee, GA) to encounter the Longhorns in a 7A Area 6 match on Friday, March 24. The Longhorns come into the match with a record of 11-1. Lambert won 3-0 in their recent non-league match against Discovery (Lawrenceville, GA)
