March 21, 2024: Chattanooga, TN 37404 Notre Dame Fighting Irish (Chattanooga, TN) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Calhoun Yellow Jackets (Calhoun, GA), 6-3 in a non-league test.
With the win, Notre Dame upgrades its record to 2-2 on the season. The Fighting Irish host Silverdale Academy (Chattanooga, TN) to battle the Seahawks in a D II-A East 2 test on Monday, March 25. The Seahawks come into the test with a record of 5-2.
With the defeat, Calhoun falls to 4-11 on the season. The Yellow jackets host North Paulding (Dallas, GA) to battle the Wolfpack in a non-league test on Friday, March 22. The Wolfpack come into the test with a record of 12-4. North Paulding won 5-4 in their recent non-league test against Calhoun (Calhoun, GA)
