Missouri High School Baseball - Joplin loses to Hickman
March 21, 2024: Columbia, MO 65203 The Hickman Kewpies crushed the visiting Joplin Eagles baseball team by a tally of 11-3 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Kewpies now hold a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they host Hallsville for a non-league bout on Friday, March 22. Hickman will face a Indians team coming off a 14-4 non-league loss to North Callaway (Kingdom City, MO). The Indians record now stands at 1-1.
Next, the Eagles face the Hersey Huskies (Arlington Heights, IL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, March 25. Joplin will attempt to advance on its 2-1 season record. The Huskies enter the bout with a 2-1 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Cary-Grove (Cary, IL).
