Georgia High School Lacrosse - Oconee County drops to Peachtree Ridge
March 21, 2024: Watkinsville, GA 30677 In Thursday's non-league test, the visiting Peachtree Ridge Lions lacrosse squad scored a tight 16-10 victory over the Oconee County Warriors.
The Lions now have a 5-7 record. They take the field next when they host Mill Creek for a 7A Area 4 test on Monday, March 25. Peachtree Ridge will face a Hawks squad coming off a 17-5 non-league win over Lakeside (Evans, GA). The Hawks record now stands at 7-3.
In their next game, the Warriors face the George Walton Academy Bulldogs (Monroe, GA) in a non-league test, on Saturday, March 23. Oconee County will attempt to move on its 6-5 season record. The Bulldogs come into the test with a 4-2 record after their 14-2 non-league win over Lanier (Sugar Hill, GA).
