March 21, 2025: Garden Grove, CA 92844 The Artesia Pioneers (Lakewood, CA) baseball trounced the host Bolsa Grande Matadors (Garden Grove, CA), 10-3 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Pioneers now own a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they host Magnolia for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 25. Artesia will clash with a Sentinels team coming off a 3-0 league win over Santa Ana Valley (Santa Ana, CA). The Sentinels record now stands at 4-3.
With the defeat, Bolsa Grande drops to 3-5 on the year. The Matadors travel to Santiago (Garden Grove, CA) to clash with the Cavaliers in a Orange challenge on Tuesday, March 25. The Cavaliers go into the challenge with a record of 1-6. Santiago lost 5-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Saddleback (Santa Ana, CA)
