March 21, 2025: Brusly, LA 70719 The Brusly Panthers baseball team scored 15 runs and held the visiting Avoyelles Mustangs to 2 in the Panthers non-league win on Friday.
The Panthers now hold a 21-3 record. They take the field next when they host Central Private for a non-league test on Saturday, March 22. Brusly will face a Redhawks team coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to Zachary (Zachary, LA). The Redhawks record now stands at 12-10.
Next, the Mustangs face the Negreet Indians (Negreet, LA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, March 22. Avoyelles will attempt to improve on its 12-12 season record. The Indians enter the battle with a 4-13 record after their 12-8 league win over Stanley (Logansport, LA).
