March 21, 2025: Castlewood, SD 57223 The Castlewood Warriors (Castlewood, SD) basketball toppled the visiting Wessington Springs Spartans (Wessington Springs, SD), 64-45 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Warriors now possess a 23-3 record. They play next when they travel to Viborg/Hurley for a non-league bout on Saturday, March 22. Castlewood will play a Cougars team coming off a 56-49 non-league win over St. Mary (Dell Rapids, SD). The Cougars record now stands at 25-2.
With the loss, Wessington Springs falls to 22-3 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to St. Mary (Dell Rapids, SD) to play the Cardinals in a non-league bout on Saturday, March 22.
