Georgia High School Soccer - Hillgrove knocks off Paulding County
March 21, 2025: Dallas, GA 30157 The Hillgrove Hawks soccer squad scored 11 points and held the host Paulding County Patriots to 1 in the Hawks league victory on Friday.
The Hawks now hold a 8-1 record. They play next when they travel to Osborne for a 6A Region 3 bout on Tuesday, March 25. Hillgrove will play a Cardinals squad coming off a 8-1 non-league loss to Kennesaw Mountain (Kennesaw, GA). The Cardinals record now stands at 2-7.
With the loss, Paulding County moves to 9-3 on the year. The Patriots host Campbell (Smyrna, GA) to play the Spartans in a 6A Region 3 bout on Tuesday, March 25. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 8-2. Campbell won 11-1 in their recent league bout against Osborne (Marietta, GA)
