Ohio High School Lacrosse - Hickory drops to Orange
March 21, 2025: Pepper Pike, OH 44124 Orange Lions (Pepper Pike, OH) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they saw their lacrosse team top the visiting Hickory Hornets (Hermitage, PA), 18-2 in a non-league game.
With the victory, Orange advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Lions host South (Willoughby, OH) to play the Rebels in a non-league game on Wednesday, April 2. The Rebels come into the game with a record of 0-1. South lost 17-5 in their recent non-league game against Holy Name (Parma Heights, OH)
The Hornets now sport a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin for a non-league game on Monday, March 24. Hickory will play a Lions team coming off a 20-2 league loss to Archbishop Hoban (Akron, OH). The Lions record now stands at 0-1.
