March 21, 2025: Johnstown, OH 43031 The Johnstown-Monroe Johnnies lacrosse squad scored 8 points and limited the visiting Wilmington Hurricane to 2 in the Johnnies league triumph on Friday.
The Johnnies now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host John Glenn for a Region 7 challenge on Tuesday, March 25. Johnstown-Monroe will clash with a Little Muskies squad coming off a 17-6 non-league win over Newark (Newark, OH). The Little Muskies record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Wilmington falls to 0-1 on the year. The Hurricane host Little Miami (Morrow, OH) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Monday, March 31. The Panthers go into the challenge with a record of 0-1.
