Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Junipero Serra Padres (San Mateo, CA) and the visiting Live Oak Acorns (Morgan Hill, CA), witnessed Junipero Serra's lacrosse squad overcome Live Oak by a count of 9-1.

The Padres (7-1) will now prepare for their contest against Archbishop Mitty (San Jose, CA). The Monarchs enter the WCAL contest with a 2-3 record.

Next, the Acorns meet the Los Gatos Wildcats (Los Gatos, CA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, April 1. Live Oak will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record.
