The Natchitoches Central Chiefs softball squad (Natchitoches, LA), was routed 8-4 in Friday's non-league contest with the visiting Grant Cougars (Dry Prong, LA)

With the triumph, Grant improves its record to 11-8 on the year. The Cougars travel to Grace Christian (Alexandria, LA) to face the Warriors in a non-league contest on Saturday, March 22. The Warriors enter the contest with a record of 10-5. Grace Christian won 11-3 in their recent non-league contest against Northside Christian (Crowley, LA)

The Chiefs now hold a 6-14 record. They play next when they travel to Evangel Christian Academy for a 4A District 1 contest on Tuesday, March 25.
