The Centennial Eagles overwhelmed the host Wilde Lake Wildecats softball squad by a count of 11-4 in Saturday's league challenge.

Next, the Eagles meet the Hammond Golden Bears (Columbia, MD) in a Howard County challenge, on Monday, March 23. Centennial will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Golden Bears go into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 19-2 league loss to Howard (Ellicott City, MD).
