North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Grimsley drops to Southwest Guilford
March 22, 2022: High Point, NC 27265 Southwest Guilford Cowboys (High Point, NC) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Grimsley Whirlies (Greensboro, NC), 23-1 in a league battle.
The Cowboys now have a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Glenn for a non-league battle on Thursday, March 24. Southwest Guilford will clash with a Bobcats squad coming off a 13-2 league loss to Davie (Mocksville, NC). The Bobcats record now stands at 0-8.
In their next game, the Whirlies clash with the Page Pirates (Greensboro, NC) in a Metro battle, on Wednesday, March 23. Grimsley will attempt to move on its 2-4 season record. The Pirates come into the battle with a 6-2 record after their 15-13 league loss to Northern Guilford (Greensboro, NC).
