In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the Tri-County Academy Rebels (Flora, MS) baseball squad triumphed over the visiting Yazoo County Panthers (Yazoo City, MS), by a final score of 12-2.

With the win, Tri-County Academy upgrades its record to 12-9 on the season. The Rebels host Jackson Prep (Jackson, MS) to battle the Patriots in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 23. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 11-3. Jackson Prep won 16-7 in their recent non-league bout against Hartfield Academy (Flowood, MS)

Next, the Panthers face the Pisgah Dragons (Sandhill, MS) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, March 25. Yazoo County will attempt to move on its 2-12 season record. The Dragons enter the bout with a 8-4 record after their 16-9 league win over Puckett (Puckett, MS).
