Illinois High School Lacrosse - Naperville Central drops to St. Charles East
March 22, 2023: Naperville, IL 60540 St. Charles East Fighting Saints (St. Charles, IL) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad overcome the host Naperville Central Redhawks (Naperville, IL), 17-9 in a non-league test.
The Fighting Saints now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Plainfield North for a non-league test on Friday, March 24. St. Charles East will face a Tigers squad coming off a 17-11 league loss to Oak Forest (Oak Forest, IL). The Tigers record now stands at 0-2.
In their next game, the Redhawks face the Geneva Vikings (Geneva, IL) in a non-league test, on Saturday, March 25. Naperville Central will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Vikings come into the test with a 0-2 record after their 10-4 non-league loss to South Elgin (South Elgin, IL).
