March 22, 2024: Eugene, OR 97401 The Stayton Eagles (Stayton, OR) softball routed the host Marist Spartans (Eugene, OR), 22-8 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Eagles (3-3) will now prepare for their bout against The Dalles (The Dalles, OR). The Riverhawks go into the non-league bout with a 1-1 record.
The Spartans now possess a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to South Umpqua for a non-league bout on Monday, March 25. Marist will confront a Lancers squad coming off a 18-0 league win over Coquille (Coquille, OR). The Lancers record now stands at 2-0.
