Louisiana High School Baseball - Bunkie loses to Catholic of Pointe Coupee
March 22, 2025: New Roads, LA 70760 In Saturday's non-league bout, the Catholic of Pointe Coupee Hornets (New Roads, LA) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Bunkie Panthers (Bunkie, LA), by a tally of 10-2.
Next up, the Hornets encounter the St. John Eagles (Plaquemine, LA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, March 24. Catholic of Pointe Coupee will attempt to upgrade on its 9-12 season record. The Eagles enter the bout with a 12-7 record after their 16-1 non-league win over False River (New Roads, LA).
The Panthers (10-10) will now prepare for their bout against Marksville (Marksville, LA). The Tigers go into the non-league test with a 3-15 record.
