March 22, 2025: Grant, LA 70644 The Grand Lake Hornets triumphed over the host Fairview Panthers baseball squad by a score of 14-3 in Saturday's non-league outing.
Next up, the Hornets battle the Oberlin Tigers (Oberlin, LA) in a 1A District 4 outing, on Tuesday, March 25. Grand Lake will attempt to advance on its 15-5 season record. The Tigers come into the outing with a 3-10 record after their 20-5 non-league loss to DeQuincy (DeQuincy, LA).
The Panthers (8-3) will now prepare for their outing against Anacoco (Anacoco, LA). The Indians come into the B District 4 outing with a 5-12 record. In their last outing, Anacoco toppled Merryville (Merryville, LA), 9-6, in a non-league outing.
