Louisiana High School Baseball - Grant wallops Georgetown
March 22, 2025: Georgetown, LA 71432 The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Grant Cougars (Dry Prong, LA) and the host Georgetown Bulldogs (Georgetown, LA), saw Grant's baseball team gain a win over Georgetown by a tally of 16-0.
The Cougars (4-15) will now prepare for their battle against St. Mary (Natchitoches, LA). The Tigers enter the non-league battle with a 1-3 record.
Next, the Bulldogs face the Harrisonburg Bulldogs (Harrisonburg, LA) in a C District 2 battle, on Tuesday, March 25. Georgetown will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a 8-2 record after their 22-1 league win over Dodson (Dodson, LA).
