Arizona High School Baseball - Pomona holds off Greenway

In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Pomona Panthers baseball team scored a close 8-4 win over the Greenway Demons.

The Panthers (3-4) will now prepare for their game against Severance (Severance, CO). The Silver Knights go into the non-league game with a 2-4 record. In their last game, Severance nudged Berthoud (Berthoud, CO), 15-5, in a league game.

Next, the Demons play the Goldwater Bulldogs (Phoenix, AZ) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, March 25. Greenway will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Bulldogs go into the game with a 3-5 record after their 7-6 non-league loss to Desert Sunrise (Maricopa, AZ).
