March 22, 2025: Deatsville, AL 36022 The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the John Carroll Catholic Cavaliers (Birmingham, AL) and the host Holtville Bulldogs (Deatsville, AL), saw John Carroll Catholic's baseball team beat Holtville by a margin of 13-3.
The Cavaliers (8-11) will now prepare for their battle against Muscle Shoals (Muscle Shoals, AL). The Trojans enter the non-league battle with a 10-8 record. In their last battle, Muscle Shoals was overwhelmed by Hartselle (Hartselle, AL), 5-4, in a league battle.
Next, the Bulldogs face the Autauga Academy Generals (Prattville, AL) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, March 27. Holtville will attempt to improve on its 9-10 season record. The Generals enter the battle with a 3-10 record after their 4-3 non-league win over Isabella (Maplesville, AL).
