The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Russell County Warriors (Seale, AL) and the host Marion County Eagles (Buena Vista, GA), saw Russell County's baseball team beat Marion County by a margin of 14-0.

The Warriors (7-10) will now prepare for their battle against Park Crossing (Montgomery, AL). The Thunderbirds enter the 6A Area 3 battle with a 6-4 record. In their last battle, Park Crossing was overwhelmed by Alabama Christian Academy (Montgomery, AL), 14-9, in a non-league battle.
