March 22, 2025: Odessa, MO 64076 The Springfield Catholic Fighting Irish baseball team scored 7 runs and held the host Odessa Bulldogs to 6 in the Fighting Irish non-league win on Saturday.
The Fighting Irish now own a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lee's Summit for a non-league test on Saturday, March 22.
With the defeat, Odessa drops to 0-2 on the year. The Bulldogs host Lafayette County (Higginsville, MO) to clash with the Huskers in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 25.
