Washington High School Lacrosse - Mercer Island nudges Mount Si
March 22, 2025: Mercer Island, WA 98040 The Mercer Island Islanders (Mercer Island, WA) lacrosse nudged the visiting Mount Si Wildcats (Snoqualmie, WA), 12-11 in Saturday's league outing.
The Islanders now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Issaquah for a 4A KingCo outing on Friday, March 28. Mercer Island will face a Eagles squad coming off a 14-4 league win over Woodinville (Woodinville, WA). The Eagles record now stands at 3-1.
With the loss, Mount Si falls to 3-1 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Bothell (Bothell, WA) to clash with the Cougars in a 4A KingCo challenge on Tuesday, March 25. The Cougars go into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
