Arkansas High School Softball - Lincoln drops to Benton
March 22, 2025: Benton, AR 72015 Benton Panthers (Benton, AR) supporters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad topple the visiting Lincoln Wolves (Lincoln, AR), 14-2 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Benton improves its record to 10-1 on the year. The Panthers travel to Jacksonville (Jacksonville, AR) to play the Titans in a 5A Central game on Tuesday, April 1. The Titans enter the game with a record of 2-6.
The Wolves now hold a 5-7 record. They play next when they travel to West Fork for a 3A Region 1 game on Monday, March 31. Lincoln will play a Tigers squad coming off a 22-13 league loss to Elkins (Elkins, AR). The Tigers record now stands at 3-5.
