Kenston Forest Kavaliers (Blackstone, VA) backers left the game pleased Saturday as they saw their softball squad thwart the host Halifax Academy Vikings (Roanoke Rapids, NC), 10-2 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Kenston Forest upgrades its record to 8-1 on the year. The Kavaliers travel to Christchurch School (Christchurch, VA) to play the Seahorses in a non-league game on Saturday, March 22. The Seahorses enter the game with a record of 0-3. Christchurch School lost 8-1 in their recent league game against Isle of Wight Academy (Isle of Wight, VA)

The Vikings now own a 3-5 record. They play next when they travel to Cape Fear Christian Academy for a non-league game on Tuesday, March 25.
