Kentucky High School Softball - McLean County bested by Owensboro
March 22, 2025: Owensboro, KY 42301 The Owensboro Red Devils triumphed over the visiting McLean County Cougars softball squad by a count of 14-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Red Devils meet the Union County Braves (Morganfield, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, March 24. Owensboro will attempt to upgrade on its 4-3 season record. The Braves enter the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 9-8 non-league win over Caldwell County (Princeton, KY).
The Cougars (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Ohio County (Hartford, KY). The Eagles enter the District 10 challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Ohio County overcame Murray (Murray, KY), 10-0, in a non-league challenge.
