In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Valley View Cougars softball team scored a nice 10-0 win over the Parkland Trojans.

The Cougars (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Holy Redeemer (Wilkes-Barre, PA). The Royals come into the non-league match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, Holy Redeemer notched a victory over Scranton Prep (Scranton, PA), 8-2, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Trojans confront the Whitehall Zephyrs (Whitehall, PA) in a Eastern Pennsylvania Conference match, on Wednesday, March 26. Parkland will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record. The Zephyrs come into the match with a 1-0 record after their 19-0 league win over Louis E. Dieruff (Allentown, PA).
