Georgia High School Lacrosse - Riverwood drops to River Ridge
March 23, 2022: Woodstock, GA 30188 River Ridge Knights (Woodstock, GA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Riverwood Raiders (Atlanta, GA), 14-4 in a non-league test.
The Knights now have a 2-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Dalton for a 6A-7A Area 5 test on Thursday, March 24. River Ridge will face a Catamounts squad coming off a 18-3 league loss to Allatoona (Acworth, GA). The Catamounts record now stands at 3-6.
In their next game, the Raiders face the Holy Innocents Episcopal Golden Bears (Atlanta, GA) in a non-league test, on Friday, March 25. Riverwood will attempt to move on its 0-11 season record. The Golden Bears come into the test with a 4-4 record after their 14-5 league loss to Fellowship Christian (Roswell, GA).
