Virginia High School Soccer - Freedom knocks off Heritage
March 23, 2023: Leesburg, VA 20175 Freedom Eagles (South Riding, VA) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Heritage Pride (Leesburg, VA), 6-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Eagles confront the Osbourn Eagles (Manassas, VA) in a Cedar Run challenge, on Friday, March 24. Freedom will attempt to better on its 3-0 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 8-0 league win over John Champe (Aldie, VA).
The Pride now have a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Briar Woods for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 27. Heritage will confront a Falcons team coming off a 6-1 non-league win over Rock Ridge (Ashburn, VA). The Falcons record now stands at 3-2.
