In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Welsh Greyhounds baseball team scored a tight 3-2 victory over the Westminster Academy Crusaders.

The Greyhounds (11-5) will now prepare for their game against Grand Lake (Lake Charles, LA). The Hornets go into the 2A District 5 game with a 8-6 record.

The Crusaders (5-11) will now prepare for their game against Eunice (Eunice, LA). The Bobcats go into the non-league game with a 13-5 record. In their last game, Eunice tipped Pine Prairie (Pine Prairie, LA), 4-2, in a non-league game.
