Louisiana High School Softball - Pine bounces Delta Charter
March 23, 2024: Franklinton, LA 70438 Pine Raiders (Franklinton, LA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Delta Charter Storm (Ferriday, LA), 11-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Raiders now own a 6-10 record. They take the field next when they host Harrisonburg for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 23. Pine will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 14-4 non-league loss to Franklin Parish (Winnsboro, LA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 11-6.
With the loss, Delta Charter falls to 9-15 on the campaign. The Storm host Block (Jonesville, LA) to face the Bears in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 23. The Bears enter the challenge with a record of 5-8. Block won 16-1 in their recent league challenge against Delhi (Delhi, LA)
