Illinois High School Baseball - Rogers Heritage defeats Oak Forest
March 23, 2026: Oak Forest, IL 60452 The Rogers Heritage War Eagles baseball team scored 13 runs and held the host Oak Forest Bengals to 7 in the War Eagles non-league win on Monday.
The War Eagles now hold a 6-5 record. They take the field next when they host Christian Brothers for a non-league test on Monday, March 23. Rogers Heritage will play a Purple Wave team coming off a 12-9 non-league win over Evangelical Christian (Cordova, TN). The Purple Wave record now stands at 7-0.
With the loss, Oak Forest moves to 3-2 on the season. The Bengals travel to Pulaski Academy (Little Rock, AR) to battle the Bruins in a non-league outing on Tuesday, March 24. The Bruins come into the outing with a record of 9-1. Pulaski Academy lost 7-6 in their recent non-league outing against Jonesboro (Jonesboro, AR)
