The Eastern Alamance Eagles baseball team (Mebane, NC), was overwhelmed 11-2 in Thursday's non-league outing with the visiting Northern Guilford Nighthawks (Greensboro, NC)

The Nighthawks now hold a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Southwest Guilford for a Metro 4A outing on Friday, March 25. Northern Guilford will confront a Cowboys team coming off a 13-7 non-league loss to Uwharrie Charter (Asheboro, NC). The Cowboys record now stands at 8-1.

Next, the Eagles confront the Western Alamance Warriors (Elon, NC) in a Central 3A outing, on Friday, March 25. Eastern Alamance will attempt to advance on its 4-4 season record. The Warriors go into the outing with a 4-4 record after their 6-5 league loss to Eastern Alamance (Mebane, NC).
