In Thursday's non-league contest, the La Cueva Bears (Albuquerque, NM) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Santa Fe Indian Braves (Santa Fe, NM), by a margin of 8-0.

With the triumph, La Cueva moves its record to 4-5 on the year. The Bears travel to Carlsbad (Carlsbad, NM) to play the Cavemen in a non-league contest on Friday, March 25. The Cavemen come into the contest with a record of 10-0. Carlsbad won 12-0 in their recent non-league contest against Bloomfield (Bloomfield, NM)
