California High School Volleyball - Fairmont Prep edged by Western
March 24, 2023: Anaheim, CA 92801 The Western Pioneers held off the host Fairmont Prep Huskies volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Friday's non-league test.
The Pioneers now have a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hawthorne for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 4. Western will confront a Cougars team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Culver City (Culver City, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 0-1.
The Huskies (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Magnolia (Anaheim, CA). The Sentinels enter the non-league test with a 4-10 record. In their last test, Magnolia was nudged by Monrovia (Monrovia, CA), 2-0, in a non-league test.
