Virginia High School Lacrosse - Heritage drops to Independence

March 24, 2023: Ashburn, VA

In Friday's non-league test, the host Independence lacrosse squad scored a good 20-8 victory over the Heritage Pride.

The now have a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to New Trier for a non-league test on Saturday, March 25. Independence will face a Trevians squad coming off a 21-1 league win over Glenbrook North (Northbrook, IL). The Trevians record now stands at 3-0.

In their next game, the Pride face the Briar Woods Falcons (Ashburn, VA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, March 28. Heritage will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Falcons come into the test with a 0-4 record after their 11-4 non-league loss to Jefferson Forest (Forest, VA).
