The crowd at Monday's non-league battle between the Halifax Wildcats (Halifax, PA) and the visiting Schuylkill Haven Hurricanes (Schuylkill Haven, PA), saw Halifax's baseball team gain a win over Schuylkill Haven by a tally of 8-4.

The Wildcats (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Upper Dauphin Area (Elizabethville, PA). The Trojans enter the Tri-Valley battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, Upper Dauphin Area was overwhelmed by Tulpehocken (Bernville, PA), 11-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Hurricanes face the Nativity BVM Green Wave (Pottsville, PA) in a Schuylkill County 2 battle, on Tuesday, March 25. Schuylkill Haven will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record.
